Urban Planning and Urban Design Smart Ecology Industrial Park by Yun Du Smart Ecology is an urban planning project for the Tus Park, a high technology industrial park in Nanning, China. The plan links the functional zones to create open space for communication. A scattered layout with enclosed courtyards balances openness with the privacy of each zone. A central landscape axis connects the individual units through sky corridors. The park covers 671,592 square metres and includes a science and technology museum, offices, housing and commercial streets. A passive building energy system supports energy saving and environmental protection.
